Delivery Policies
Digital download links will be automatically provided at the time of an online purchase with any hardware being despatched within 3 - 5 working days of purchase. Purchases made by any other means will receive an email containing the digital download link within 48 hours of purchase with any hardware being despatched with 3 - 5 working days.
Most hardware products are shipped via The Royal Mail. If you have specific shipping and/or delivery requirements, please let us know before ordering so that we may accommodate you.
